Menus
- Hovering your mouse over a yellow menu button will provide a list of headings within that menu item that you can pick from.
- A heading with a small arrow on the right hand side of the menu box indicates further subheadings are available.
- Click on a heading to view the relevant page.
Navigation Bars
- The blue band at the top of the page contains Breadcrumbs ie. shows the trail of where in the site you are. As an example a Breadcrumb of:
- ‘You are in: DSSSA>Personnel>Staff’ indicates you are viewing the staff page of the Personnel area within the DSSSA menu.
- The blue band at the bottom of the page contains the headings of the menu button you are in. You can either click on these links or return to the top of the page and access other pages through the yellow menu buttons.

How to use Access Keys
Please follow instructions below based on your browser and whether you’re a PC or Mac user.
Internet Explorer 5+ (PC)
Hold down the ALT key, press the number or letter of the access key, release both keys then press ENTER
Internet Explorer 4 (PC)
Hold down the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key
Internet Explorer 5+ (Mac)
Hold down the CTRL key and press the number or letter of the access key
Internet Explorer 4.5 (Mac)
Access keys are not supported
Netscape 6 and earlier (PC and Mac)
Access keys are not supported
Netscape 7 (PC)
Hold down the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key
Mozilla (PC)
Hold down the ALT key and press the number or letter of the access key

Tab Key
You can use the 'Tab' key on your computer keyboard to move through all the links on each page. Once you have tabbed to the link you want press the 'Enter' button and you will be taken to the page for that link.
